The makeup of our classrooms is rapidly changing. Culture plays an intricate role not only in methods of communicating, but is also integral in shaping the way we think and the ways in which we interact with others. Today, education goes far beyond focusing on literacy and mathematics. Educators that acknowledge, incorporate, and celebrate the whole child can provide access to a world many may view as impossible. This workshop will tap into actionable steps educators can take to provide access for all students. The estimated amount of time needed to complete this module is approximately 5 hours. You may stop at any time and resume at any time.
