Designed for district and building administrators, this workshop will provide an overview of Part 154 Regulations. Participants will learn about effective classroom strategies that support the engagement of ELLs in academic discussions and activities and will review walkthrough tools reflective of classroom environments and strategies responsive to ELLs. Conversation will include consideration of ELLs in master schedule design, staffing and professional development, and resources. Additionally, we will explore strategies for engaging families of ELLs.
