Classrooms as Culturally and Linguistically Responsive Learning Communities - 2-Part Virtual Series (FOR SULLIVAN BOCES STAFF AND COMPONENT DISTRICTS ONLY)

SULLIVAN COUNTY BOCES CONFERENCE DAYS

Participants will examine inclusive practices that promote learners' integration in classroom settings. The teaching activities included in this workshop leverage students' knowledge, languages and heritage as they engage in the learning process and become members of classroom communities. This presentation will take place over two meeting sessions. Participants will be encouraged to try out some of the strategies with their students prior to the second session in March and share their experiences with the group.
