Making Cross-Linguistic Connections in Dual Language Classrooms - FOR PEEKSKILL CSD ONLY - via Zoom

When students can connect what is learned in one language and apply it to new situations in the other language, this is called making cross-linguistic connections. Languages are interconnected and educators need to make those connections explicit for students. This workshop will focus on the importance of making cross-linguistic connections in Dual Language classrooms and how to make those connections through bridging and explicit instruction.

Participants MUST be enrolled by Thursday, March 17, 2022.
