During this workshop educators will enrich their teaching methods and establish inclusivity within their classrooms for English Language Learners/Multilingual Students (ELLs/MLs).
Educators will dive into regional data to gain insights into the linguistic proficiencies of ELLs/MLs in the classroom.
Educators will gain an understanding of language acquisition and proficiency levels and discuss supports for ELLs/MLs.
Educators will immerse themselves in innovative instructional strategies including scaffolding techniques and nurturing language-rich environments.
Educators will learn to craft assessments aligned with language proficiency levels.
Participants should bring a device to access workshop materials.
