The Hudson Valley RBERN is thrilled to extend an invitation to 11th and 12th graders in the Hudson Valley Region to apply for the Angelo Del Toro Puerto Rican/Hispanic Youth Leadership Institute (PR/HYLI)! PR/HYLI offers a remarkable opportunity for Hispanic students in NYS, providing a FREE 30-hour leadership program. By participating, students gain invaluable networking experiences, develop their public speaking skills, and enhance their critical thinking abilities necessary to engage in parliamentary procedure and bill debates.

This session will be conducted via Zoom, allowing convenient and accessible participation. During the sessions, we will provide an overview of what PR/HYLI is and the main experiences it offers. We will also review district representative roles and responsibilities and the student application process.

We genuinely look forward to connecting with you and discussing the transformative possibilities that PR/HYLI offers.

To access the virtual session, a Zoom link will be shared with registered participants the day before to the email address used to enroll in Frontline (MLP).
