This course will provide essential tools for communicating with Spanish-speaking students, parents, and school personnel regarding aspects of school life and education which are mostly used to communicate with Spanish-speaking students and their parents. The communicative approach of the course focuses on developing communicative competence, and using language for meaningful purposes in authentic situations. You will start speaking from day one, and you will get personalized feedback.
The course will consist of fifteen (15) 90-minute sessions on Wednesdays from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Each completed session will award 1.5 CTLE credits to each participant.
