Trauma-Informed Practice Strategies for Supporting Immigrant Students (Virtual CTLE Course)

This module will focus on best practices for supporting students of immigrant origin in PK-12 classrooms. Participants will learn how to identify possible trauma indicators in our learning communities, explore trauma-informed pedagogical practices, and develop plans to support students and their families.
Educators will earn a total of fifteen (15) CTLE credits upon successful completion of the module.
The course includes an additional 6.5 hours of asynchronous group and independent work. The deadline for registration is Friday, February 21st, 11:59 PM. Email confirmations will be sent on Wednesday, February 26th.
